Refund and Deferral Policy

At Meta Counsel, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational products and services. Due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict no-refund/partial refund policy. Please read the policy details carefully before making a payment.

All our courses, certifications, and diploma programs are either fully or partially refundable, based on when you apply for the refund. In some of the courses there may be a small cancellation processing fee. The request for withdrawal must be clearly stated to the customer service, either via the contact form available on the website or by email to Info@metacounsel.in

2.1 For Programs under Rs. 5,000:

● 100% Refund: If a refund request is raised at least 1 week before the commencement of the program.

● Partial Refund with 75% Deduction: If a refund request is raised 24 hrs. before the commencement of the program.

2.2 For Programs Rs. 5,000 and Above:

● 100% Refund: If a refund request is raised at least 1 week before the start of the program.

● Partial Refund with 50% Deduction: If a refund request is raised with 6 days or less remaining before the commencement of the program.

● Enrollment Deferral: You may defer your enrollment to the next available program (within 6 months or whenever the program is held next, whichever happens first) with no deduction if the request is made the evening before the program commencement.

The booking amount/Token amount and any payments less than ₹1,000 are strictly non-refundable.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The company declines all responsibility in case of banking delays. Customers should take these potential delays into account when waiting for a refund. All refund requests and documentation should be sent to info@metacounsel.in.

4.1 Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

If a refund request is made after a week withdrawal period, please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

5.1 Responsibility of META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD undertakes to provide the training courses and their content as soon as the client has made the purchase. In the event of impossibility to provide the service due to power cuts, Internet connection problems or any other event beyond its control, META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD cannot be held responsible.

META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD reserves the right to perform maintenance on its website. In this case, META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible and to minimize the duration of the maintenance.

5.2 Responsibility of the Customer: META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD Focus provides the customer with the courses and their content following the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and use these courses appropriately.

The courses offered by META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD are intended for personal use only. 

5.3 The customer is not authorized to distribute or share the courses in their entirety or in part. Any modification, sharing, translation or other action of this kind, in whole or in part, for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited.

When issuing the certificate of completion, the customer is responsible for the use of the knowledge acquired through the training.

In the event of maintenance on the META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD website (see Article 5.1), the customer undertakes not to claim any compensation or refund.

6.1 META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD offers online training for educational purposes only. The company is not responsible for the direct application of the knowledge acquired by clients from these courses. When acting as practitioner coaches, clients are responsible for their actions, decisions, and treatments with regard to their patients or clients.

6.2 Customers agree to indemnify and hold META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse or faulty practice of the knowledge, techniques, or information acquired from META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD courses. META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD disclaims any liability for errors, injuries, or consequences resulting from the application of course material in a clinical or coaching context.

6.3 Customers must ensure that their practice and the application of course content comply with professional standards and local regulations. The courses offered by META COUNSEL PRIVATE LTD do not replace the requirements for certification or professional licensing in the field of counseling ,psychotherapy, coaching ,mentoring or alternative therapy/medicine.

7.1 Requests for refunds must include:

- Proof of enrollment with the course

- Proof of refund request raised
